Shawn White is the manager of the team responsible for implementing cost effective energy efficiency programs for Xcel Energy's business customers. His team manages programs in five states and gets to evaluate and support some of the largest and most complex energy efficiency projects in Xcel Energy's service territory. Shawn has been with Xcel Energy since 2001 and has held several positions within the energy efficiency marketing organization. He has a BS in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and was part of the US Navy's nuclear power program.
