Summit's discounted room rates are available if booked November 1, 2009 - March 5, 2010. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis and are based on availability. Hotel will send acknowledgement of reservation requests after each reservation is completed. Please review acknowledgement carefully for accuracy. Credit card required to guarantee all guest room reservations. All hotel room rates subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check-in. Current occupancy tax is 14.85% - subject to change without notice. To avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night's room rate plus tax, hotel must be notified and cancellation number received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In the event a guest checks out prior to scheduled check-out date, an early departure fee will be charged to the guest's account. To avoid this charge, guests must advise hotel at or before check-in of any changes in scheduled length of stay.
